Mary Anna Grenier, daughter of Alfred Jean Grenier and Mary Zoe Elia (Lea) Noro (Noreau), was born on January 1, 1915, Lowell, Massachusetts. She was the sister of Joseph Alfred, Mary Anna Elia Lea, Mary Mae Edna, Joseph Raymond, Oliver Arthur, Mary Jeanne, Mary Rita, Mary Bernadette, Joseph Francois and Joseph Alfred Andre Grenier.

She was a communicant of Ste. Mary Magdelene Church, a member of the Dracut Senior Citizens Club, and she owned and operated Bergeron's Variety Store on Nashua Road, Dracut for more than 30 years.

On May 30, 1984 at Ste. Therese's Church in Dracut, Massachusetts, Mary Anna married Narcisse Andrien Begin dit Bergeron, son of Joseph Gedeon Begin dit Bergeron and Eugenie Boucher dit DesLonchamps.

She was the mother of Paul A. who died in 1968, Mae Edna (Mrs. Robert D. Chandonnet) and Roseanne (Mrs. Edward P. O'Toole) Bergeron, she was the mother-in-law of Josephine (Grady) Bergeron. Grandmother of Catherine Diane, Paul Athony, Michael Andrien, Susan Marie and Andrew Bergeron; Marc Edward, Mathew James, Anne Marie, Lisa Diane and Paula Jeanne Chandonnet; Shawn Andrien and Scott Peter O'Toole, she also had 5 great-grandchildren.

Marie Anna died on September 25, 1983, Lowell, Massachusetts at the age of 68 years, 8 months and 24 days. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, East Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
