Born Sept. 14, 1954 in Canton to the late Roy J. and Nancy L. Howe) Sparks. He was a life resident of Canton.
Jeffrey is survived by two daughters, Tiffany Sparks and Samantha Sparks, both of Canton; one granddaughter, Savanna Sparks of Canton; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Vic Moneymaker of Chandler, Ariz., Sherri and Patrick Ledford of Blairsville, Ga.; one brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Candi Sparks of Canton.
