James Edward Moody was born on July 8, 1943 to parents Charles and Thelma Moody. James known as "Jimmy " to most who knew him lived in Sarasota, Florida most of his life. In Later years Jimmy married Clara and together they had two girls Michelle and Pricilla and became a stepfather to Claras two children Micheal and Dina . This marriage was not to last as they divorced in later years and went their separate ways. Jimmy became ill and went to Sarasota Memorial Hospital , in Sarasota Florida where he passed away on June 5, 2011 from an " Aneurysm", as told to me by his sister, who was with him in the Hospital , at the time of his death. Jimmy is survived by his sisters: Terry and husband Jerry of Canal Winchester, Ohio; Carolyn Sue Moody, Debbie her husband Dennis; Donna and husband Ronald, both of Sarasota Florida; a sister Betty, one brother Scott and his wife, of Sarasota Florida: Daughters Michelle and Pricilla of Brandenton, Florida.Preceded in death, his father Charles Edward Moody Sr.; mother Thelma (Moody) Nelson;brother Charles Edward Moody 11 and Step-daughter Dina Ree Shephard. Jimmy was a free spirit and lived his life that way.
