He is survived by the following:
Three daughters; Crystal Kimes and Renee Mondie, both of Pensacola, FL; and Tamera Skaggs, Russell Springs, KY
Three brothers: Paul Bell, Jamestown, KY; and Hobert Bell and James Bell of Noblesville, IN
Two sisters: Ada Elsey and Christine Johnson, both of Russell Springs, KY
Seven grandchildren
He was preceded in death by one son, Scotty Bell; one brother, Ray Bell; and two sisters, Emma and Madeline Appleby.
