Clarks Mills—Serg. Edward Ellis,
Biggs Field, Tex., was called
home on an emergency furlough
by the death of his father, Enoch
Ellis.
The sympathy of their many
friends in this community is extended
to the family of Enoch
Ellis, whose sudden death last
Sunday morning was a shock to the
community. While Mr. Ellis had
not been in good health for sometime,
he had been able to work
most of the time. Funeral services
were conducted at his home
last Tuesday afternoon, with the
Rev. Martin Hoeksema of Old
Saratoga Dutch Reformed Church,
officiating. Burial was in Greenwich
Cemetery.

Funeral of Enoch Ellis
SCHUYLERVILLE—Funeral services
for Enoch B. Ellis were conducted
at 2:30 P. M. Monday at the
home in Clarks Mills by the Rev.
Martin Hoeksema of the Old Saratoga
Reformed Church. Interment
was in Greenwich cemetery.
Bearers were Roy Wlnney, William
French, Samuel French, Elmer
Lindahl, Harold Henry and
Oscar Olson.
