BILLIE HALL
1951 - 2013

Billie Lee Hall left the bonds of Earth to join her beloved son, Jeremy in Heaven on Wednesday May 22, 2013.

She was born December 12, 1951, daughter of the late Merle and Margaret Armstrong.

She graduated from East Bank High School, lived in Tuscaloosa, Alabama for many years, then moved back to the state she loved, West Virginia. Billie was a savvy business woman that founded and ran a successful business, Industrial Specialty Products, but her passion was songwriting. She was a published songwriter and poet. She never met a stranger and always had a smile for everyone. She and Jeremy are writing and singing songs together now. She will be missed by all her family and friends.

She was also preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, Elizabeth Armstrong, and brother-in-law William Jarvis.

She is survived by her husband, John Hall, brother, Ronald Armstrong of Cross Lanes, sisters, Rita Mills and Gail Muncy both of St. Albans and Dorothy Chandler of Charlotte, NC., nieces, Michelle, Veronica, Nikki and Emily and nephews, Dan, Don and David.

Funeral service at the Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home. Burial in Cunningham Memorial Park.
