Mrs. Woodside was born in Wake County on Feb. 17, 1933, to the late Duncan Thomas Priest and Corrinna McGee Priest. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Woodside; her brother, Dewey Priest; and her great-grandson, Gavin Quick. She was a member of East Laurinburg Pentecostal Holiness Church. Mrs. Woodside was the owner of Virginia's Beauty Shop in the 1960's and the co-owner of Bill's Cleaner in Laurinburg for 45 years. Survivors include two sons, Harold Woodside and wife Jamie of Iron Station, and Greg Woodside and wife Jane of Laurinburg; two daughters, Kim Crumpler and husband Kel of Raeford, and Tracy Seward and husband Steve of Florence, S.C.; three brothers, Ray Priest of Gastonia, Ed Priest of Dallas, and Mendel Priest and wife Evelyn of Fairmont; a sister, Geneva Boyer and husband George of Laurinburg; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. The family will receive relatives and friends between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2011, at East Laurinburg Pentecostal Holiness Church 302 Sanford Road, Laurinburg. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2011, at East Laurinburg Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Revs. Mike Edds, Mike Price, and Andy Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Memorial Park Cemetery.
