Age 69 years, March 25, 1983 at his late residence. Husband of Edythe(nee Miller), father of Joan(Mrs. Robert)Swindells of Texas, Robert(Helen)Majetich of Minooka, eleven grandchildren, and one great grandchild also survive, brother of Stephen Majetich of Florida, Pauline Mack of California, Mary Embling, Frances Kevish, Evelyn Mance, Josephine Majetich, Edward Majetich all of Joliet and Catherine Holly of Chicago, numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Majetich, and one brother, Anthony Majetich. He was employed as a salesman for the Thomas Flint Company for 40 years, and served as manager for 10 years for the Hawthorne Mellody Ice Cream Co. More recently employed by Al Baskin, Cass & Ottawa. Funeral services will be held at Grants Westwood Memorial Chapel, 3201 W. Jefferson, Monday, March 28 at 11:00 a.m. Entombment Woodlawn Mauseleum. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorials to the American Cancer Society will be appreciated.
