Mrs. Sharon Nicole Camp Arnold, age 45, of Molena, passed away May 17, 2013 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. Sharon was a teacher and had taught at Spalding and Meriwether County Schools, Stepping Stones in Griffin, and more recently at CrossPointe Christian Academy in Hollonville. She loved her daughter Abby with all her heart and enjoyed reading, swimming with dolphins, visiting Walt Disney World and taking care of children. She was preceded in death by her father Jimmy Camp.

She is survived by her husband: Ted Arnold; her daughter, Abby Arnold; mother: Gayle Owen and husband Bill of Brooks; brothers and a sister: Chris Camp of Williamson, Cory Camp of Atlanta and Ashley Owen of Jackson; nieces: Naomi, Rebeka and Lydia.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 20, at 4 o'clock in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Harris officiating. Friends may visit the family on Monday from 3-4 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a scholarship fund for Abby Arnold at CrossPointe Christian Academy, 5224 Hollonville Road, Williamson, Georgia 30292. Moody-Daniel Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
