Bennie Joe Beiersdorfer was born to Phillip & Emma (Hoffmann) Beiersdorfer on July 8, 1919 in Freburg, Texas.

He passed away on May 29, 2018 in New Braunfels, Texas at the age of 98.

Bennie was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Pearl M. Beiersdorfer in 2017.

He is survived by his daughters, Janice Marie Zercher & husband, Jerry of Garden Ridge, Texas and Barbara Ann Ristow of LaVernia, Texas; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.



Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM (with viewing one hour prior from 9:00 AM until service time) on Friday, June 1, 2017 at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home in New Braunfels, Texas with Pastor Rick Bartlett officiating.

Graveside Services will be held later that afternoon at 2:30 PM (a brief viewing will be held at graveside) at Old High Hill Cemetery near Schulenburg, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: St. Paul Lutheran Church or any charity of choice.
