PERRYTON — Michelle Diane Cunningham, 50, of Perryton died Monday, May 20, 2013.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Victory Family Church in Perryton. Arrangements are by Good Samaritan Funeral Service of Booker.
Ms. Cunningham was born April 8, 1963, in Littlefield to Larry Mack and Lenora Woods Cunningham. She will be remembered for her contagious humor and smile.
Survivors include three sons; Cody Cunningham of Evans, Colo., Casey Cunningham of Lubbock and Christopher of Perryton; mother and stepfather, Lenora and Dicky Holdeman of Perryton; father and stepmother, Larry and Janette Cunningham of Lubbock; two brothers, Jerry Cunningham of Lubbock and Dewayne Holdeman of Perryton; and two grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Ochiltree General Hospice 3101 Garrett Drive, Perryton, TX 79070.
