Mary Doss York, 79, of 798 Iron Mountain View Rd., Asheboro, died Monday, May 13, 2013 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

Memorial Graveside Services, 5:00 PM, Friday, May 17, 2013, at Pleasant Ridge Christian Church Cemetery, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Perry D. Brown.

Mary was a native of Surry County, retired from Klaussner Furniture, and attended Sunset Avenue Church of God. She was preceded in death by parents, R. J. and Iva Shinault Doss, husband, Donald H. York, daughter, Mary Louise York, son, Lynn Hampton York, and grandson, Issac Jeremiah York.

Survivors: sons, Craig Stephen York, Donald Anthony "Tony" York, and wife, Kathy, all of Asheboro, grandchildren, James Cassidy York, and wife, Stacey Neilson York, Dana Nicole Kivett, and husband, Jerry, Shannon Elizabeth York, Jennifer Fisher York, Joshua York, Sarah Wilson, twelve great grandchildren.
