Aurelia was born on August 2, 1889, in Eichhorn, Austria, the ninth of 12 children born to Johann and Theresa (Iller) Schwarzer. Aurelia arrived to Ellis Island on March 12,1905 on the ship, Brandenburg, from Bremen, Germany. She was sponsored by her brother in law Herman Wanke. Aurelia married John H Marshall in 1907 and they had three children together. She then married Cornelius Clancy in 1921. She died on September 6, 1969 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, at the age of 80.
