Paul Erasmo Leo
Paul left this life on July 4, 2009 to spend eternity with his Lord and Savior. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 5, 1931.
He served in the United States Army. He retired from Sears & Roebuck where he was employed for more than twenty years. He is remembered for his love of tennis, hunting, cars, pinochle, and for his sense of humor.
He was the beloved husband of June for 54 years and the father of five children; Ken and wife Sue Leo, Lorraine Billlings, Ray Leo, Tom and wife Jenny Leo, Paula and husband Dan Kelly. He also leaves behind his brother Angelo (Frank) Leo, sister Tina Tice, and his six grandchildren; Ross Billings, Denise Billings, Matt Leo, Noah Leo, Joey Leo, and Kimmie Leo.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Erasmo and Marianne Leo who immigrated to the United States from Italy, and his brother Joe Leo.
A funeral Mass will be at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at St. Bridget Catholic Church, 2213 North Lindsay Road, Mesa, AZ.
A private service for the family will be at Queen of Peace Cemetery in Mesa on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.
