She was born October 07, 1940 in Belmont to Eithel and Letha Dell Ozbirn Franks.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. May 21st., at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay Ala. with Bro. Harold Ozbirn officiating. Burial will be in the Ridge Cemetery, near Golden, MS, Deaton Funeral Home of Red Bay will be in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors are her husband of 52 years, Fred Dillard; a daughter, Kimberly Dillard; two sons, Mike Dillard and Kevin Dillard (Mandy); seven grandchildren, Shara Allison (Jason), Patrick Mansell, Drew Dillard, Angel Dillard, Christian, Lexi Dillard and Nolan Dillard; one great~grandson, Jax Allison; one sister, Pam Franks Jinkins
(Bill); two nephews, Tyler and Casey Jinkins.
She was preceded in death by her parents Eithel and Letha Dell Ozbirn Franks, an Infant son, Fred (5~31~1965) and a brother, Jerry Jerome Franks, (1944~1982).
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m.~~2:00 p.m. on Tuseday at the Funeral Home.
