Completed his earthly life after many years of suffering at his home surrounded by family. Born in Fairview, Utah. Son of Murril and Erva Norman Draper. Raised in Provo yet spent much of his childhood in Fairview. Attended Timpanogos Elementary, Dixon Jr. High and graduated from Provo High School. Married JoAnn Johnson May 20, 1960 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Had five children. Employed for 39 years in the Utilities Department of Provo City. Active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survived by wife; children: Scott (Debbie) Draper, Greg (Sandra) Draper, Dana (Brent) Uresk, Jennifer (Glen) Buchanan and Chad (Amy) Draper; and 18 grandchildren. Predeceased by parents.

Services held Friday, May 27, 2005 at the Grandview Ward in Provo.
