his parents; three brothers —
James, Frank, and Ernest; and three
sisters — Elizabeth, Dora, and
Millie.
Survivors include his wife;
two sons — Donald Toomer,
Nemaha, and Edward Toomer,
Newell; six grandchildren; and 10
great grandchildren.
