In Memory of Eleanor Miller May 14, 1927- November 30, 2011Age 84 of Lantana, FL passed away November 30, 2011. She was born in New Castle, PA on May 14, 1927 to Arthur and Viola Sutherland. She resided in Palm Beach County, FL for the past 30 years, originally coming from Silver Spring, MD. She was a Hotel and Real Estate Property Manager and worked for the Burlington Hotel, Legum and Gerber Company, Realty Equities Corporation and QD Realty Company before opening her own business, El Mar Management. After moving to FL she continued to work in the industry managing The 2600 and The Regency.Eleanor is survived by her children, Jean Donaldson (Walter) of North Potomac, MD, Heidi Sullivan of Ellicott City, MD, and Kenneth Miller (Karen) of Oregon City, OR; grandchildren, Vicki Einsel ( Carlton), Shannon Wandelear (Stephen), Kristin Vanderlinden (Nathan), Jason Sullivan and Kelly Miller; great grandchildren, Ashli Hacklander, Julian Einsel, Liam Einsel, Logan Vanderlinden, August Vanderlinden; She is also survived by Sister- in- law Anice Sutherland of Fairfax, VA; nieces and nephews, Cheryl Gallagher (John) of Bethesda, MD; Bonnie Myhre of Montgomery Village, MD; Robert Myhre of Reston, VA; Lynn Sutherland of Fairfax, VA, Arthur Sutherland (Loretta) of Fairfax, VA; and John Sutherland (Kathleen) of Oakton, VA. She was preceded in death by her twin sister Ellen Stone, brother John A. Sutherland and granddaughter Kristi Miller.A Memorial Service will be held for friends and family on Saturday, December 17th at St. Nicholas Episcopal Church, 15575 Germantown Road, Darnestown, MD 20874-3012. Friends may visit from 10:00am - 11:00 a.m. with services to begin at 11:00 a.m.. The Church limits floral displays at the service.
