Graveside services for Verdia Juanita Tucker, age 95, of Tyler, will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Lindale City Cemetery with Bro. Jamie Eitson officiating with Tyler Memorial Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Tucker was born on Jan. 3, 1918, in Bixby, Okla., to Jim Richard and Alice E. Griffith, and passed away on May 17, 2013, in Tyler. Mrs. Tucker lived in Lindale most all her life and was a member of Park Heights Assembly of God. She was owner and operator of a resale shop in Lindale.

Survivors include a son, Jimmy Tucker and wife Skeeter, of Tyler; daughters, Joy Petton, of Tyler, Barbara Eitson and husband Jamie, of Tyler; eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and three sisters.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
