Born Jan. 11, 1963 in Galion, she was the daughter of Bernard Balliett who survives in The Dalles, Ore. and the late Mary Ann (Cockrell) Balliett.
Judy was a graduate of Colonel Crawford High School in 1982, was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and a stay at home mom. She previously worked at Just Plastics in Galion.
In addition to her father, she is also survived by three sons, Greg Case and Todd Case, both of Wintersville and Brian Thoman of Johnsville; one grandson, Nicholas Paul Case; her twin brother, Jeff Balliett, of Diana, Texas and her companion and fiancé, Chester Fidler, with whom she made her home.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Balliett.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008 at Richardson-Davis Funeral Home where services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, with Rev. Gary Nuss officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery
