A memorial service will be at 10:30 Thursday, Feb. 22, 1996, in Zeller Chapel of the Roses for Harold C. McNeil, who died Feb. 15 of heart disease at age 86.
Mr. McNeil was born Jan. 14, 1910, in Portland. He was an architect and worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He later was senior partner in the firm McNeil, Bloodworth, Hawes & Peterson.
Surviving are his daughter, Nancy Patrick of Vancouver, Wash.; and two grandchildren.
Interment will be in River View Cemetery Mausoleum.
