Funeral for Charles E. McNeil, 86, of 2202 NW Johnson St., will be Thursday at 3:30 p.m. at Adams Memorial Chapel of Riverview Cemetery Mausoleum. Vault entombment will follow.
Born May 23, 1879, in Walla Walla, Wash., Mr. McNeil had lived in the Portland area since 1904, except for a brief period when he resided in White Salmon, Wash.
He was a retired automobile salesman. He had be a member of Samaritan Lodge No. 1 IOOF, for many years.
Survivors include his daughter, Mrs. Clarence P. Zimmerman; son, Harold C. McNeil, both of Portland; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are in care of Miller & Tracey funeral home.
