Soviet and Russian film and theater actor, People's Artist of Russia. After the end of eight years of schooling (in 1956) began working as a mechanic at the plant, while he studied at the school for working youth and played in the drama club at the Teacher's House, and actor and director, MAT B.N. Bogomolov, who persuaded Pavlova instead of Bauman Moscow Higher Technical enter the theater. In 1959 he became a student of Higher Theatre School. Shchepkin (course N.A. Annenkov), where he graduated in 1963. The course studied with Mikhail Kononov and Oleg Dahl. He acted in small roles in movies, and since 1961. The first film with his participation was released on the screen was, "When the trees were big," Leo Kulidzhanova. He subsequently became one of the most popular actors and starred (in his filmography of over 120 films) while still working on the scene.
