Advocate, The (Baton Rouge, LA) - Friday, October 8, 1993

Died Sunday, Oct. 3, 1993, in Moscow, Russia. He was 26, a native of Atlanta, Ga., a resident of Alexandria, Va., and residing in Moscow since March. He was an attorney.

Religious services at Stutts Funeral Home, Franklin, Ga., at 2 p.m. Saturday, conducted by his uncle, Terry Mulford. Interment in Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, Franklin, Ga.

Survived by parents, Carolyn and Robert C. Duncan, Baton Rouge; a brother, Joshua Duncan; and fiancee, Elizabeth Clark.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to an organization that benefits abused children.

Sergei discovered Russian officials were stealing money from their American client, Bill Browder. For this he was jailed and tortured. Sergei died in jail.
