Connie grew up in Massachusetts where she met and married Hector 'Pete' Bailey on January 31, 1942. During WWII she traveled with Pete whose military duties took them to Arkansas, Oklahoma and California. In 1962 they moved to Phoenix.
Connie is preceded in death by her husband, Pete Bailey. Connie drew strength from her faith in God and her strong religious beliefs. Connie was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Connie is survived by her four children; Peter, Diane (Paul), Lois (Rick) and Mark (Lori) and her three brothers, Rolan, Eddie and Norman. She is also dearly loved by her eleven grandchildren; Taliann, Taryn, Tess, Heather, Nathan, Tonja, Bryan, Nicole, Stephanie, Seth and Jadon. She is blessed with seven great grandchildren; Owen, Teagan, Brenna, Morgan, Hanna, Kaitlyn and Dean.
