OBITUARY OF NICHOLAS HEINTZ
Nick Heintz was born in Dodge County, Wis., June 22, 1861, where he resided until 1880, when he went to Kenosha, Wis. Fifty-two years ago he was united in marriage to Miss Gertrude Shaefer, the wedding taking place at Kenosha.
Thirty-eight years ago Mr. and Mrs. Heintz came to Clark County and resided on a farm near Loyal until twenty years ago when they moved to Greenwood. He passed away Jan. 4, 1933, having reached the age of 71 years, 5 months and 13 days.
He is survived by his wife and four children, Jake Heintz, Loyal, Matt Heintz, Greenwood, Mrs. L. Morse, Christie, and Mrs. Fred Marks, New York. One daughter preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held from St. Mary's Catholic Church Saturday morning, Rev. Father G.F. Schuh officiating. The body was laid to rest in the Catholic Cemetery.
