CARLINVILLE - Donald W. Rice, 41, of Carlinville died Monday, May 30, 2005, at his home.
He was born Jan. 22, 1964, in Carlinville, the son of Richard W. and Anita M. Fisk Rice. He married Margory E. Rosentreter in 1987 in Carlinville.
Mr. Rice graduated from Carlinville High School in 1983 and was owner of Central Equipment for 10 years. He was a member and past-exalted ruler of Elks Lodge 1412 and member of Carlinville Southern Baptist Church.
Survivors: wife, Margory; two daughters, Ashley M. and Courtney Lynn Rice, both at home; mother, Anita Rice of Carlinville; four brothers, Michael (wife, Robin) Rice of Manchester, N.H., David (wife, Kathy) and Dennis Rice, both of Carlinville, and Richard (wife, Regina) Rice III of Fredericksburg, Va.; sister, Tammy (husband, Derek) Otto of Carlinville; and several nieces and nephews.
Services: 10 a.m. Friday, Carlinville Southern Baptist Church, the Rev. Tim Rhodus officiating. Burial: Prairie Lawn Cemetery.
