He was born in Stroud Township on Jan. 7, 1915, the son of the late Jerry and Florence (Mosier) Post.
He had worked as a farmhand for Noisey Brook Farm in Raritan Township, N.J., for 22 years until retiring in 1978.
He was a member of the St. John's Towamensing Lutheran Congregation in Palmerton.
He is survived by a loving daughter, Hilda Mae Kays and her husband, Floyd Louis, of Kunkletown.
