Theresa Howard, 95, died Saturday, May 11, 2013, at Twin City Health Care in Gas City, IN. She was born to the late William Sherman & Etta Marie (Mills) Howard. She spent all of her working years as a cashier in the grocery business. She was born and grew up in the Whitesville community. She is survived by her nieces, Lillian Young, Caroline Goetz, Rita Szemethy, Sister Ann Marie O.S.B., Margaret Roberts, Barbara Fisher, Kathleen Wright, Etta Cooper, Nancy Barr, Mary Jo Plas and Cynthia Richards; and nephews, Stancy, Paulinus, James Edward, Charles Leo, Leonard, Martin, Matthew, Randall, Raymond Eugene, Norbert, Wilson, William Lawrence & Steven Howard and Thomas Jude Bickett. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church in Whitesville. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Friday with prayers at 5 p.m. and after 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Cecil Funeral Home, Whitesville. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.
