Lucille Agnes (Asher) Jones, age 91, of Livingston, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Livingston Health and Rehab. Graveside Funeral Service will be held 1pm, Friday, May 17, at Mountain View Cemetery in Livingston with Reverend Frederick W. Amborn III officiating.

Viewing will be Friday at Franzen-Davis from 9am-12pm; we will then be processing to the cemetery.

Lucille was born on March, 19 1922, in Big Timber, Montana. She was the daughter of Ernest and Bertha (Hershman) Asher. Lucille was baptized as an infant, and later confirmed in the Methodist faith as a youth. She received her grade school education at the Richland country school in Paradise Valley and then attended Park High School in Livingston.

In June of 1939, Lucille was united in marriage to Glenn E. Jones, in Livingston, Montana. This marriage was blessed with 6 children, Eunice, Lois, Harlan, Anita, Woody and Bruce. Lucille and Glenn resided in Livingston their entire lives. They shared 42 years of marriage.

Lucille had the hardest job of all; she ran the house and raised her six children while Glenn ran the 6th Street Conoco Station. Lucille also assisted Glenn with the business working as the bookkeeper. Lucille was a faithful member of the Grace Methodist Church in Livingston. She served on the church's Builder Aid committee, was a member of the Eastern Star and the Friday Night Dance Club.

Lucille enjoyed her life as a mother; her children brought her the greatest joy in her life. Lucille and Glenn also loved to travel; every weekend that they got away was spent either exploring Yellowstone Park or on a road trip someplace special. Both Lucille and Glenn loved Yellowstone Park. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends.

Lucille passed away on Tuesday, May, 14 2013, at Livingston Health and Rehab at the age of 91 years.

Lucille is survived by her: Children, Eunice Petrich and her husband, Jerry of Paradise Valley; Lois Thurlow of Bozeman; Woody Jones and his wife, Julie of Poulsbo, WA; Bruce Jones and his wife, Penny of Livingston;

Grandchildren, Pam Lay and her husband, Bruce; Randy Petrich and his wife, Dena; Kelly South and her husband, Jim; Laura Nichols, Cheryl Collier and her husband, Dan; Jennifer and Julie Jones; Bekki Hashley and her husband, Doug; Ken Gray and his wife, Jennifer; Jeff Jones and his wife, Cindy; Kevin Jones, Rusty Jones and his wife, Brandi; Jolene O'Guin and her husband, Waco; Glenn Jones and his wife, Christina; and Corey Jones.

28 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.

Many other relatives and friends.

Lucille is preceded in death by her Parents, Ernest and Bertha Asher; Husband, Glenn Jones; Son, Harlan Jones; Daughter, Anita Gray; 3 Brothers and 2 Sisters.
