Candace Renetta Craig, 50, of Arkadelphia died March 1, 2004, at Baptist Health Medical Center-Arkadelphia. She was born Sept. 18, 1953, daughter of the late Joe Clarence and Annie Bell Keith Wright in Sparkman. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Sparkman where she sang in the choir, was first lady of the church, a deaconess and vice president of the choir.

Survivors include: Her husband, Rev. Louis A. Craig of Arkadelphia; two sons, Carols Wright of Silver Springs, Md., and Wendell Craig of Bentonville; one daughter, Laronda Pigg of Sparkman; three brothers, Rev. Eddie Clarence Wright of Benton Harbor, Mich., Danet Wright of Jonesboro and Timothy Wright of Milwaukee, Wis.; six sisters, Betty Wright Mitchell of Springhill, Fla., Bonnie Faye Wright of Sparkman, Marian Wright Salley of Bearden, Jolene Green of Arkadelphia, Edna Hunter of Sparkman, and Charlotte Luster of Milwaukee, Wis.; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church of Sparkman with Rev. S. Porchia officiating. Burial will be in Sparkman Community Cemetery under the direction of Brandon's Mortuary of Malvern.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Sparkman First Baptist Church.
