Oscar S. Branfort, age 76, of Troy Center, WI. passed away Tuesday May 6, 1975, at Lakeland Nursing Home, Elkhorn, where he had been for the past 3 ½ years. Born Aug. 31, 1898 in Troy Center, the son of Robert and Ada (Richmond) Branfort. He was a life long resident of the area. Oscar farmed on the home farm on Highway J with his brother Albert until his retirement in 1968. He is survived by two brothers, Albert of Troy Center, and Orrin (Myra) of Rice Lake, Wisconsin; a sister Frances (Roy) O’Brien of Troy Center, WI.
