Missing You, Mother
Some days when we think of you,
We see your lovely smile
That brightens up your pretty eyes.
We miss that all the while.
One day when we thought of you,
We wished that you were here,
‘Cause you always were so good
At calming all our fears.
Many days we think of you,
We shed a little tear,
We wish that we were closer cause
We miss you, Mother Dear.
Each day that we’re away from you,
We think of you and pray,
God will keep you safe for us
To see again some day.
We love you Mom.
