GARRETT Carol Ann Garrett, 67, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2013. She was born March 27, 1946 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Harry & Hattie (Clark) Gutteridge. Carol was a life long resident of Jacksonville and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She is predeceased by her husband, Joseph. Survivors include her son, Gary Vaughn of Fleming Island; brother, James Gutteridge (Audalia); step children, Dana Garrett and Joseph Garrett III; grandchildren, Victoria and Alexandria Vaughn; nieces, Melissa Gutteridge, Laura Gutteridge and Celeste Gutteridge-Ater (Joel); nephew, James Gutteridge (Sharon); numerous other family and friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening, May 15 (TODAY) from 6-8PM at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, 714-1110. Private burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
