Funeral services for Karen Moeller Jacobs, 54, of Falkville will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 16, 2013, at Peck Funeral Home Chapel, Bro. Dennis Shadix officiating, with burial in Corinth Cemetery.

Ms. Jacobs died Monday, May 13, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born April 9, 1959, in New Jersey to Walter Edward and Opal Jean Pope Moeller. She was formerly employed in management for the LifeSouth Community Blood Centers. She passed away after battling and losing her fight with cancer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her mother Opal Holladay; her father, Walter Moeller; a sister, Sharon DelCorso; and her grandparents, Walter and Edna Moeller and Melvin and Lillie Pope.
Survivors include two sons, Adam (Amanda) Overton and Brian (Christy) Overton, both of Falkville; two sisters, Kim (Dennis) Shadix of Falkville and Lisa Moeller of Hartselle; two grandchildren, Bryce Overton and Payton Overton; a brother-in-law, Ronald DelCorso of New Jersey; and her beloved puppy, Angel.
Pallbearers will be Ms. Jacobs' family and friends.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
