He lived in Botetourt County, Virginia. Moved to Sumner Cty TN in 1815.
He was co-executor of his father's will. From all reports, Thomas did most of the work regarding the will, and his brother, Richard gave his approval with what he did.
Thomas donated land for the Blue Ridge Baptist Church and Cemetery, the area where his father had last lived. This land was probably within the holdings of his father, Richard Bandy when he died.
