Connie Boman Blair Morrison, our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great-grandmother passed away surrounded by her family Friday, May 10, 2013, at Logan Regional Hospital of complications following a massive stroke.

Connie was born at the family home in Lewiston, Utah on Jan. 12, 1923, the third child of nine to Golden Boman and Phoebe Clarissa Pitcher Boman. Connie attended the Wheeler School near her home and then North Cache High School and Seminary in Richmond, Utah. She married her childhood sweetheart Donald C. Blair in the Logan LDS Temple on Jan. 29, 1941. They were blessed with five children. Don passed away March 2, 1983. On Sept. 14, 1984, Connie married Earnest Alma Morrison, who passed away Nov. 11, 1994.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and fulfilled many callings. She belonged to the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, Leavitt Layne, North Cache Company. Civic service included Jaycee Janes, Junior Chamber of Commerce and the American Legion Auxiliary Color Guard, where she served as a teacher, first counselor and president.

Connie loved restoring and decorating her Victorian home, as well as gardening, oil painting, crafting and spending time with her family.

Connie is survived by her children, Alan Rex and Trish Blair of Hyde Park, Don R. and Jean Blair of Ogden, Gayla and David Hollingsworth of Smithfield, Barbara Jean and Tom Ziegler of Richmond, and Dianne and Lee Anderson of Ogden; 29 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; brothers Don Boman of Logan, Lael and Roma Boman of St. George, Asel and Dora Boman of Odgen, Ted and Marilyn Boman of Smithfield; sister Mary Boman Downs of Wenatchee, Wash.; sister-in-law Joye Bambrough Boman of Bountiful. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, brothers Vernal, Ray and Alva, and grandson Rex Alan Blair.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the Lewiston 4th Ward LDS Chapel at 16 S. Main St. in Lewiston. A viewing will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 S. 800 East in Preston, and Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Lewiston Cemetery.
