A native of Greenville county, daughter of the late Clinton "Bill" and Dorothy Pitman Copeland, she was a medical technician and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
Surviving is a daughter and husband, Bobbi Gayle and Nicholas Head of Greer; one sister, Kathy Johnson of Taylors; one granddaughter Lindsey Gayle Masters and two great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Burleson was predeceased by a daughter Cynthia Ann Jenkins.
A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, May 19th at Fairview Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Tom Burns.
