TEXAS CITY-Funeral services for Janie Virginia Calhoun, 89, will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Westward Street Church of Christ. The Rev. Victor Frazier will officiate.
Burial will be In Mainland Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Mainland Funeral Home.
A wake will be held Friday at the funeral home from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Mrs. Calhoun died Monday at a local hospital. She resided at 926 4th Ave. S.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ollle Jones; three nieces and three nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Friday.
