Jack Owen Snyder, 54, of Stamford, Conn., died Wednesday in Greenwich (Conn.) Hospital. He was the husband of Patricia (Mayone) Snyder.

He was chairman and chief executive officer of Sea World Enterprises, 1985-88.

Among his survivors are his parents, Alvin H. and Elizabeth (Skoldiski) Snyder of Allentown.
