Mary A. Hults, Currie age 97, of Anamosa, died Saturday
afternoon, August 21, 2004 at the Anamosa Care Center
following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 oclock Monday morning,
August 23, 2004 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church, Anamosa with
interment in the Pence Cemetery, Baldwin.
Friends may call from 9:30 until service time at the church.
Goettsch Funeral Home, Anamosa is in charge of the
arrangements.

Surviving are 3 children,
June (Robert) Peterson, DesMoines, Betty (Bob) Hora,
Anamosa, Bill (Nancy) Hults, Manchester, a step-daughter,
Connie Yarolem, Baldwin,
9 grandchildren, 12 great- grandchildren, 2
great-great-grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren and 8
step-great-grandchildren and 2 sisters, Mildred
Overson, Morrison, Ill, Pauline (James) Durgin, Clinton.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, her husbands, 3
Brothers and 4 Sisters.
Mary A. Wolfe was born November 10, 1906 in Jones County,
near Anamosa.
She was the daughter of John and Lena Northrup, Wolfe.
Mary received her education in the rural schools near her home.
Mary A. Wolfe and Henry Hults were married November 24,
1926 at Galena, Illinois.
He preceded her in death on March 22, 1963.
Mary later married James Currie on October 16, 1965 at
Maquoketa, Iowa. He preceded her in death on November 20, 1987.
