Frederick A. Richter
Frederick A. Richter, 75, of 160 Red Hill Road, Newark, died yesterday in the Veterans Hospital.
He had been ill about a year.
Five years ago Mr. Richter retired from the Pennsylvania Railroad after fifty years. He had been a clerk in the Todd’s Cut shops.
During World War I, he was in the Army Medical Corps in France.
He was a bachelor and member of the Railroad Brotherhood and was born in Wilmington.
He is survived by a sister, Miss Melita Richter, at the Red Mill Road address; a brother, Paul E. Richter, Chester, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. in the McCrery Funeral Home, 2700 Washington St., with interment in Riverview Cemetery. There will be no viewing.
