Sharon Parks, 70, of Huntsville, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 7:05 P. M. at 7:06 P. M. she was with Jesus of who she worshipped and longed to be with. She was born December 14, 1942 at Dallas, Texas, the daughter of Leroy and Vivian Allen Waggoner. She was a homemaker, a member of Crystal Hills Fellowship Church in Elkins and most of all a child of God. Sharon made many friends in her church which she had a good Christian relationship with. She was always a giver not a taker. She would give any one help however God gave her the ability to do so. She loved people and most of all loved life and tried to live it to the fullest. Sharon always had a smile for others when she was hurting inside.

Survivors include: her husband of fifty-two and one half years, Ray Parks of the home; two daughters, Shannonn Parks and Selina Parks, both of Nob Hill, Arkansas; one brother, Roy Lee Waggoner of Bowie, Texas; one sister, Donna Carter of Edgewood, Texas; three grandsons and two granddaughters-in-law, Jason and Kim Sieber, Josh and Crystal Parks, and Vance Parks, all of Springdale, Arkansas; four great-grandchildren, Dayton Sieber, Dylan Sieber, Desirae Sieber and Colin Parks.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Wednesday, May 15, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverends Jasper Hankins and Stacey Villines officiating. Interment will be in the Alabam Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. There will be a time of fellowship following the interment at Faith Southern Baptist Church, 4769 Highway 412 Business, Huntsville. Pallbearers will be: Clint Ham, Steve McGortey, Kevin McGortey, Jason Sieber, Josh Parks and Vance Parks. Honorary pallbearers will be: Eddie Woodruff, Scotty Burks, Kevin Shepherd and Buck Ham.
