Pougheepsie, NY - Karen Cline-Hayes, 60, lifetime resident of Poughkeepsie passed away on May 8, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital. She was born on April 25, 1953 in Elmira, NY to the late Matthew Booth and Edith Hosier. She attended Poughkeepsie High School and was a caregiver at many healthcare places in the community. Karen was of the catholic faith enjoyed playing dominoes and music. On Nov 30, 2012 she married Joshua Hayes who survives at home.

Other survivors include; 4 children Robert Shaffer, Jennifer DuPont, Holli Robinson, and Shawn Robinson all of Dutchess Co., 16 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren, a brother Scott Booth, sisters, Jerri Lynn Brink and Kathleen Panzer, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Skip Booth and a sister, Kimberly Hackbarth.

A memorial service will be held Monday, May 13, 2013 2-4PM at the Joseph J. Darrow Sr. Funeral Home Inc. 39 So Hamilton St. Poughkeepsie, NY 845-452-1840. Burial will be in Union Cemetery at the convenience of the family. The family requests donations to be made in Karen's memory and sent to Lynn Brink 51 Taylor Ave Pok, NY 12601.
