Frances F. Brinsdon, 83, of 704 Catherine St., Kissimmee, died Dec. 26. Born in Montgomery, W. Va., she moved to the area from there in 1968. She was a chief operator for C & P Telephone Co. and member of the Women's Club of Kissimmee, Orange Gardens Civic Association and the Telephone Pioneers. She was a Baptist. She is survived by her niece, Betty Brinsdon, Kissimmee. Graveside services were held Dec. 29 with the Rev. Harold C. Epperson of Dover Shores Baptist Church officiating. Burial was in Osceola Memory Gardens, Kissimmee. Conrad and Thompson Funeral Home, Kissimmee, was in charge of arrangements.
