FRAZIER, PHIL, 64, of Shelbyville, KY, returned to his Heavenly Father Wednesday, May 8, 2013.

Mr. Frazier was born October 24, 1948 in Louisville to the late Harold C. and Mary Theresa Newton Frazier. He was a United States Navy veteran who served during Vietnam. Mr. Frazier was an attendant for foaling mares and was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his brothers, Harold Frazier, Jr. (Grace) and George Frazier (Cynthia); sisters, Joyce Henle (John), Mary Walden (Kenneth), Helen Patterson (Ernest), Veronica Conrad (Donald), Charlotte Peterworth (Kenneth); several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:00 am Tuesday at St. Athanasius Catholic Church, 5915 Outer Loop, Louisville, KY 40219 with burial in Kentucky Veterans Central. Friends may pay their respects on Monday from noon until 8:00 p.m. at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.). No visitation will take place Tuesday morning.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Diabetes Association or the Wounded Warriors.
