Mrs. Lowe had worked and retired from the United States Post Office as a postal clerk. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hastings and also an Easter Star Member of St. Augustine Chapter No. 12, St. Augustine.
Survivors include her sons, John Randall (Sally) Hartline and Mark Newton, all of St. Augustine; devoted daughter, Diana (Frederick) Williams, Pomona Park; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was from 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, April 6 at Watts Funeral Home, San Mateo followed by a service at 3 p.m.
Graveside and interment will be at Senecaville Cemetery in Senecaville, Ohio under the direction of Thorn Black-Funeral Home of Cambridge, Ohio.
