Cliff was born at North Side Hospital in Youngstown,Ohio. He was the 2nd son of Charlie and Deane McDuffie Jamieson. He graduated at Girard High School in Girard,Ohio in 1974.While in high school he excelled as noseman for his high school football team. He chose to work instead of college but after 2 years working in a steel mill he saw college in a different light. He graduated from Youngstown State University in 1980 with a BA in education. He taught in the Struthers school system for 30 years until he was diagnosed with early onset alzheimer's. During those 30 years he coached football at Girard,Liberty,Lowellville and Struthers. Cliff was an easy going laid back man who had many friends. His funeral wake was a tribute to his life. He is survived by his parents Charles and Deane McDuffie Jamieson of Mesa AZ,his wife Marybeth Rudolphi Jamieson of Struthers,OH-2 sons Stephen of Cary,NC and Kevin of the home-2 daughters Sara of Columbus,OH and Julia of the home-2 brothers Eric{Sharon} of Niles,OH and Scott of Mesa,AZ-His father Charles Sr. died on May 24,2013 13 days after Cliff's death. He older brother Curtis died in 2005 and an infant brother Phillip died shortly after birth in 1961.Curt's widow Debra Cellio Jamieson of Chandler,AZ survives him.He was also predeceased by his grandparents Elmer Jamieson and Sarah Thomas Jamieson Bosley of Girard
OH and Lacy and Hazel McDuffie of Live Oak,Bladen county,NC. Cliff's death leaves a void in the lives of all who knew him and he will always be remembered with love and respect.
