A son, Dale, three brothers and one sister died previously.
Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at First Church of God in Newton Falls, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by James Funeral Home in Newton Falls.
