Richard was born March 11, 1944, in Tiffin, to Arthur and Maria Eulalia (Lawrence) Moyer.
Richard is survived by his wife of 19 years, Amy (Hergesheimer) of Tiffin; son, of Columbus; daughter, of Clyde; two grandchildren,; brother, of Fremont; and two sisters, of Peoria, Ill., and of Dahinda, Ill.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Robert, Lloyd, Gerald and Charles Moyer; and three sisters, Marguerite Moyer, Betty Brickner and Glenna Winters.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Tiffin
